Northern Koh Sulaiman foldbelt, Shirani, North and South Waziristan (South Punjab, Balochistan Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) comprised mostly PermoTriassic to Recent sediments with subordinate igneous metamorphic rocks. These sedimentary strata folded faulted by geodynamic tectonic forces occurred during Late Cretaceous revealed through anticlinal synclinal foldings active faultings. The areas host many economic minerals like copper chromite, construction stones, marble limestones, gypsum cement resources, uranium other radioactive mineral low-quality iron, phosphate muddy coal, high-quality gemstones, petroleum potential excellent water resources rocks minerals. High-quality window faden quartz crystals deposited in fractures fissures as vugs veins high-temperature hypothermal solution created the compression process. area has chromite magnesite deposits. have large raw materials/resources (limestones, shale/clays available on same sites) which vitally need install industries these because ideal central location now only one industry (Dera Ghazi Khan industry) is operation. consists of surface smaller medium-sized dams different rud kohi/streams/rivers for development area.
